Ordering and payment
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and verified. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been made. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Processing time
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment unless otherwise stated. Pickup orders will be confirmed once payment has been received and verified, and a pickup date or window will be coordinated with you.
Shipping
Shipping is available depending on city and state once orders are placed. Customers selecting shipping will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped. Sum’n Sweet is not responsible for shipping delays, damaged packages, or melting caused during transit by the shipping carrier.
Pickup
Pickup orders will be confirmed once payment has been received and verified. You will receive instructions for pickup location and time after your order is confirmed.
Allergies and dietary needs
Our products are prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens such as wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and coconut may be present. Please review our allergen information and contact us before ordering if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
Cancellations and refunds
Because our items are made fresh to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been processed.
